Worst WWE gimmick/Story angle

Perry Saturn falling in love with a mop.

Ironically, that made him a popular face...:sly:

Then again, Al Snow was the innovator of that type of motif.

They ended the Mr. America story halfway through, that should tell you something.

Because they fired(or Future endeavored if you will) Hogan at that time. Personally I thought the Mr. America stuff was funny, first time I enjoyed watching Hogan in a LOOOOOONG time

Okay am I the only remember the Big Show vs Boss Man when the WWE was trying to promote Boss Man to main even status by having him challenge for the WWE World title that Big Show had at the time?

It was horrible at one point during this feud they had Boss Man dig up Big Show's dead father coffin and tow it off on the road with chain strap to Boss Man car. Needless it did nothing for either the Big Show or Boss man.

That wasn't kane that did that; it was Triple H.

In terms of worst for both the company and the viewers, I'll go with the Invasion. You take the biggest angle of all time and botch it by not grabbing any of WCW's actual big guys, then make the entire thing revolve around the McMahons and heel Steve Austin. It should have been impossible to botch WWF vs WCW, but they did it.

(Dis)honorable mentions:
- Katie Vick.
- Mark Henry: Sexual Chocolate.
- Anything involving kissing Vince's ass.
- Big Boss Man killing Al Snow's dog, feeding it to him, and the Kennel from Hell.
- Big Boss Man/Big Show angle, mentioned a couple posts up.
- Dawn Marie killing Torrie Wilson's dad by sleeping with him.
- Referee Tim White trying to kill himself for week after week.
- The Chavo/Hornswoggle feud is a shoe-in for that list, if they'll ever end it.

For what it's worth, I loved the Mr. America bit. It was just so over the top and cheesy it was great.

So many cases of sucktitude and so little time to mention them all. The Katie Vick angle was outright terrible, although it was hilarious to hear Triple H re-tell it on Opie & Anthony.

Both the Eddie/Rey and Vickie/Edge storylines were retarded, though Vickie and Edge just made me feel like puking. *note, I still find it funny that they expected us NOT to notice that Dominik looks exactly like Rey, his "adopted" father, but then again, they expect us to forget Rey used to wrestle unmasked for two years*

The first thing that comes to mind, however is the Mark Henry and Mae Young hand incident...oh, and Mark Henry getting sucked off by Sammy, the transvestite. *shudder*
