You don't seem to be that big of a fan of asymmetry, but I absolutely ADORE the idea and concept in execution. In fact, that's one of the reasons why the Guren series is my favorite mech from Code Geass.
That aside, the Genesis Riders are archers and traditionally, archers all had that asymmetrical shoulder pad to protect their firing arm:

Stronger is a strange one. Sometimes I look at that suit and see an American football player type asthetic that seems OK. Other times I look at it and see a Rider wearing a strange, already-inflated lifejacket and a swollen head complete with smiley face. The helmet also suffers from their decision to ditch the "tearmarks" previous Rider suits had for the actor inside to look through, and just punch a load of holes through the actual eyes (although I'm sure the suit actors nowadays love it compared to the tiny pinpricks they get to see through in the Heisei Rider helmets). Ultimately though, it was his powered up form that I could never love, which is why I mentioned Stronger Charge Up rather than just Stronger generally.Good to be here

Even though they are nostalgic, the worst would have to be between Riderman, Ichigo and Nigo, original Spiderman and the Rinoserous man.
Most of the old Kamen Rider outfits just looked like sweat cloths with breast plates and a helmet.
A lot of people don't like Decades costume, but I would have to say it is better done, the reason why is, because unlike a lot of the Kamen Rider series from the Heisei era, you don't see the opening in the back of his costume, and it is sleek fits right, and flashy, so it fits his character.
