I see you haven't heard about any of the things going on with the Marvel movies the past couple years haven't you?

Fox owns the rights to the X-Men movies and Spider-Man movies, The newly formed Marvel studios can't make an X-Men or Spider-Man movie, or even a movie including either as just cameos until they can claim the rights. This is why only recently theres a movie verse being established with Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk, unlike the previous Marvel films by Fox which had none of them interconnecting save for sequels, those two were done by Marvel Studios not Fox.

I'm pretty sure after Marvel Studios gets the rights back for Spider-Man they'll somehow interconnect those films to the Marvel Movie Verse.

But if Marvel studios can claim the rights back from Fox for the X-Men characters I wouldn't be surprised to see Hugh Jackman in Avengers (if they are going with the New Avengers lineup instead of classic), since they stated they will only do it with the actors that established themselves as the character, and I'm pretty sure after about 4 Movies Hugh Jackman has been established as Wolverine.
