FF6 Why Final Fantasy 6 must have a remake after 7?

I really hope that the sixth installment will be remade at some point. I believe that it would be more challenging than number seven, but it would be even more awesome! There should absolutely be one for Final Fantasy VI, but I'm surprised that any fan of the series hasn't already played that installment. Play all of the classics, but Final Fantasy VI is just as important for any fan to have experienced as Final Fantasy VII and X. Although there are quite a few more that I enjoy playing more than VII and X, it's practically anticipated that a fan will have at least tried out those two.

I would argue that a remake is most desperately needed for the sixth installment, but I wouldn't be opposed to it if the fourth, fifth, or ninth installments were ever redone.

I'm sorry to break your hearts, but Final Fantasy 7 is the best Final Fantasy game and RPG ever, which is why Square Enix inducted it into the World Gaming Hall of Fame. Final Fantasy 6 is not as beloved as some vociferous Internet trolls would have you believe, despite what some people prefer to believe. The next remake they develop will be of Final Fantasy 10, which is the franchise's second-best-selling game overall. It will take the entire Console generation to complete both that remake and the other remake, Ever Crisis, which they're now working on.
