Why don't you work out? And if you do, good for you.

Seriously if you don't work out or go to the gym, why not? The survey I made a while back showed off a lot of fatties and chubs, and I want to know why. As in why aren't you trying to change it? Average and skinny folk too why don't you work out? Although for ya skinny folk speaking from personal experience you want some gainer unless you have weak metabolism.

And once you're done asking yourself why, its time to change it. It's time to start exercising, it's time to start going to the gym, it's time to eat more protein, it's time to oil up, it's time for time force.

And remember the golden rule

Hahaha awesome post. I'm urging all of you to try running! Of course, Bolt is going to say lift weights, but it's your choice guys!

And I have a bad feeling that this thread is going to be locked any time now...

I used to work out for an hour and a half 3 times a week. But now that I started my fulltime job....
yeeeaahh, I'm left with no time at all.

And I found spending myself spending my weekends on more enjoyable stuff than strenuous exercises.

IDK, it's weird

Ever since I've moved here to Alabama when I was 8, I've always been 180 pounds

I've always eaten relatively well and walked on occassion to clear my thoughts

Thanks to college and my new job I can walk about 6 miles before I get exhausted

Not really that fond of running though, but I do power walk

Hahaha I run 21KMs every Sunday, have a 2-hr boxing class (boxing, circuit, calisthenics) every Tuesday and Thursday, and 2-hr Yoga on Wednesdays. Everyday I wake up, I do 100 situps and 50 push-ups. That's my routine.

... And I work 9-hours Monday to Friday. I used to be 165lbs... Now I'm safely in the border of underweight and maintaining weight because I'm now just 140lbs and my height is 5'10. :)

I do work out, not at the gym mind you.
Plus i have some factors that limit what i can do (Like i can't do anything like Push Up/Pull up's due to a severe injury i suffered years ago to my left hand), but i try to run for at least 15 minutes a day and do some other odd exercises during the day

I'm about 160 pounds overweight right now, and i'm focusing on Fat burning before strength building at the moment. once i get down to within 20-15 pounds of what i should weight for my hight (same as Musashi actually), then i'll start working on making myself stronger.

:castlerock: That's the spirit bro!

I want to work out, but I need a personal trainer. I'm poor at personal motivation. A quality I really hate about myself. When I was younger, I use to love pushing myself. I loved riding a bike for hours on end. Up hill, down hill, short distances, long distances, I didn't care! I did it all. Always came home a sweaty mess. I had no idea that stuff was keeping me skinny. I took it for granted. Not to mention, I was on ADD medicine at the time. So, when I would get off my meds in the summer, my hunger would come back strong, and I would eat like food was going out of fashion.

And I stopped taking my meds completely before college started since I wanted to build up my own attention skills. So my hunger has been pretty regular, but for all that has happened to me, I'm not bad. I gained a little weight, but I'm grossly fat. No need for a big people's clothing shop just yet. I'm still practically skinny, honestly. What weight I have can be lost with a regular exercise regiment. I've all ready started eating healthier and try not eat too much food in one meal. I even limit how much sweets I eat. I try to only have sweets on the weekend, and even then I try to go for stuff that's not as bad for you.

I stopped riding a bike because it's not as easy to push yourself when you got extra weight holding you back... But they say, if you are going to exercise on your own, find some kind of exercise you enjoy doing. I just need to find something I can have fun with. Still, I do want to exercise more in the near future. And hopefully, when I do lose weight, I can start wearing slimmer clothing. I'd like to go to a Medium-Large in shirt sizes instead of Large-Extra Large, which I am right now. But I'm doing fine and probably won't let myself gain too much weight.

Balanced eating and DDR...

Laugh at the game or knock it as much as you like... but spending 40 minutes on that machine helps burn over 1000 calories and if played consistently you could lose up to 5 pounds a week, depending on your goal or how hard you want to play. I wanted to lose 10 pounds because I'm was at 160 for a person who is at 5'7''... I'm usually 150 on the dot, within two weeks, 10 pounds gone.
