So who is the funniest sexual pervert. My pick is Happosai because he's so damned funny. The best example of his perverseness in the fanfic Happi Days which can be found at fanfiction.net. In it he takes at least 500, the most 1,000, gallons of water from Jusenkyo's Spring of Drowned Bishoujo Bride, puts some into Furinkan's shower system and then proceeds to use a giant supersoaker to spray nearly anyone he comes across. And what cinches it is that Herb from the Musk Dynasty has use sorcery to make the Jusenkyo effect permanent. Naturally, chaos ensues. I would tell the rest of the story but that would be spoiling it.
