Who is likely to be the Secondary Rider in Wizard?

Technically, Kagami was the third rider overall, especially after the TheBee Zecter left Yagu and went to him. He was just the fifth cause the Gatack Zecter was his for good.

But he was not the first to use it so he was the fifth Rider in terms of debut.

I thought I did...but she is the most likely of the current cast to become a rider. She seems to fit the criteria.

Edit: Turns out that was in another thread where I mentioned her. Hard being a lurker on low sleep.

I wouldn't think she does. She currently fills the same role that Ankh and Kengo did in their respective series, and they weren't Riders. The whole point was that they were important to the hero but not Riders.

As has been pointed out, Rinko and Shunpei have (for now at least) lost their potential to do magic. I'm still hoping for a new character as the secondary Rider, the cast is small enough already.

Yes, but Rinko is a main character, while Shuki only appeared in two episodes, and died.

From the looks of this Kamen Rider Beast, I'm pretty sure it isn't Rinko, and I don't think it is Shunpei either. A pity, I would have liked to see them both become riders, there still could be a chance. It would be good to see a female secondary, as well as a secondary that is an already present character, rather than some bloke.

I would LOVE it to be Rinko, but that wont happen unfortunately.

the moment Inoue so much as smelled an open episode that he could slip into she would be dead, powerless, or thrown in a river with no memories by the end of the episode.
