i was considering Maskman, but knowing me i'd be watching the series just waiting for X1 mask to appear even though he's only in one episode. i've seen part of Liveman and i like the story plus i know theres going to be two extra members :anime: some more recent series of sentai are off putting due to me knowing the plots due to power rangers, I'd love to watch Dairanger and Kakuranger though

In that case, I'd say go ahead and watch the X1 Mask episode and get it out of the way. A lot of Maskman's stories are self contained, so I think it'll be okay. The ep is a good Red Mask ep imo.

While Power Rangers does copy the plots of certain Sentai, I wouldn't let that turn you away. Sentai's execution styles can give a very different experience. Especially with the characters and the performance from the actors and even the scripts. Overall, I don't really think any Power Rangers season can replace their Sentai counterparts. Just my two cents. hehehe.

Dairanger and Kakuranger are also very good shows.

For Kamen Rider, it depends on your cup of coffee.

If you like a good Kamen Rider story that has all the guns laid before you, but doesn't start firing them off until the very end, check out Kamen Rider Double.

If you're more of a deep intellectual kind of guy, or are just a fan of Ryuki or Den-O, Kamen Rider OOO is the one for you.

And finally, if you like oddball humor, hotblooded battles, and some crazy ass dude who tried to throw a bus full of girls off a cliff, Fourze KITAAAAAAAA!

i watched the first episode of Maskman and it didn't really intrest me too much, i re-watched the two decade movies, and like what i saw of W in begins night, but i guessed the series would be different to the movie, it appears i've settled for Justiriser,


i think Gokaiger and Decade has effected my viewing of Toku due to them have the ability to change into past heros
