i think what they need to do is hype it up a little more before hand-also i think they should do blade and market it as a sci fi series not a kids series -heck get it put on the syfy channel they run anime they should run this in dubbed it would probably be big

Yes, because anime is not seen as entirely a kid's medium these days

Well, if you started from halfway, you can still see some plotline and join in at that point to see how they solve it... in two episodes. Sure, some of it might not make sense, but it is easier to join in then Dragon Knight.

I'll admit that what I said wasn't accurate at all. I take everything I said back. I was mainly basing it off Kuuga, Double, Hibiki, and Decade, but put that out there because those shows were hella easy to join. I understand that most of them don't work that way, so I take it back.

something double does as well. However i do think that some of the story felt a little forced. Like strikes upgrade were he could control more than one monster. After that he only lasted one more episode before getting vented. Also it seemed weak in that it could have been used earlier in the series. Ive been thinking about how they could make a good americanized version of a kamen rider series and i think that the main ingredient is to stay closer to the original story but allowing them to add some to it when needed. Look at some of the more successful power ranger series such as wild force ect. they were good and stayed fairly loosely based on the original story. Bad series are like RPM which had barely anything to do with the original story and was very poorly written. Plus in those series there was no forshadowing of the conclusion they just pulled a plot out of nowhere to be the ultimate plot and end everything.

A lot of Dragon Knight could have been better written, but with what they did with Ryuki, they did a bang up job

ya i like ryuki a lot it was a realy good one and the first one i saw that had cards used as weapons followed by blade and decade

the way i see it, if they want to make a good american version what they should do is this first do what blade did hit the ground running with a battle and explain it to the new guy blade who has just joined and do most of the episodes similar to the others they have a lot of good drama espically with chalice/hajime's issues with being more like a human than joker. Then the key change would come around when they start rolling out titan series undead they should have the riders from missing ace added as antagonists and have it set up so that now they fight against board more agressively. Also some of the undead that are cards that are unused in the series can be fought by the new riders leading to a final battle with the albino joker. overall they could do more if they make board in the end turn out to have been take over by undead and it turn into a final battle.

Episode Final was the only one with the ending that let Shinji and Ren still be friends without a rider war going on.

The special ending was hopeless either way.In the first ending,Shinji would NOT survive after those final vents hit him.In the second one,there was still a war.

The series ending was kinda sad seeing how Shinji and Ren forgot about each other after becoming best friends...

i don't think he had no chance he was facing a lot of final vents but he was in survive mode. Plus just slotting a final vent doesn't mean a hit if you get interrupted when doing it the vent fails
