When People Ask Me If It's Power Rangers... I Just Say, Yes.

Hell, if I asked a girl to watch something like that with me (toku/PR), I'd be ridiculed, as if I'm not ridiculed enough, anyway. :nono:

My girl is not really into this stuff but she's watched some with me on Occasion. Most recently she watched the Missing Ace with me and she kind of liked it. She liked how the Undead would be sealed in the cards and the ending when Kenzaki, Mutsuki, and Tachibana did the group Henshin.

When it's a person I know could wrap their mind around the differences, I'll give the quick overview of what sentai is. Otherwise, the "yeah, but from Japan" seems to end the conversation quickly enough. (Although there have been times where I've been tempted to launch into a 3 day long marathon explanation of how Shurikenger is NOT Cam from Ninja Storm.)

Because Cam >> All?

*runs away*

Cam was a good character, and my favorite of the NS cast, but he was no Shurikenger. He just lacked the panache and style requisite to fill those large ninja-boots, I think.

So, to summarize:
Cam != bad; Cam > other NS ranger; Cam < Shurikenger
