What's Your Favouite Form of Exercise?

I try to do a lot of different types of exercise to become a well-rounded athlete and to really kick my body into versatile shape. An ideal week of training for me looks like this:

Monday: Weights (Lower body MAX) + 15-30 minutes interval sprints
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Weights (Upper body MAX)
Thursday: 1.5-2 hours swimming (water suicides, resistance strokes, water sprints)
Friday: Weights (Total body dynamic/conditioning) and/or shadowboxing + heavybag work
Weekend: Rest and play

I really enjoy weightlifting and various anaerobic cardio exercises (especially sprinting and swimming), but I probably have the most fun with my martial arts workouts. I don't compete anymore but I still try to keep up with my practice at least once a week with shadowboxing rounds, conditioning, and heavybag workouts, which are the best. Killer workout for your heart, lungs, and muscles.

I also try to stay active on non-workout days and I'm a big fan of acrobatics tricking, parkour, and just going to the park and dicking around. Physical fitness is very important to me and I try to stay sharp and well-tuned.

I do my walk everyday in the morning and my weights im the afternoon.

During the winter time, instead of walking, I use my elliptical trainer.

Bolt: Your a beast. :buttrock:

Plus you do freakin parkour? That **** is awesone but it's hard as hell. Like are you hardcore jump from building to building type or everyday running from the police type stuff? ( jumping fences, wall flips, etc?)

Thank you! I try my hardest to be beastlike.

As for parkour, I really only do it recreationally. I practice all the basics vaults and grabs, climbing and balancing skills, some short gaps and every now and then some random tricks, but all-in-all I try to keep it moderately low risk, mainly because the kind of guys who do sideflips over fifteen-foot gaps have no regard for life and I do.
