What makes you happy ?

When you are going through a tough period in life and feel like giving up, what is the one thing that keeps you going on and eventually succeed ....

For me, its a girl that i have known for quite a long time that makes me happy, makes me keep on going. When i think of her, failure is not an option for me anymore :thumbs:

I usually just try to remember that there are millions of people in the world who have it way worse than me, and try to put it in perspective. And to forget and move on from things I can't change; there's no point in bitching about something you have no control over. I hate overcast or rainy weather because it's a lot easier to be in a bad mood when the weather is gross. I like to read the Dalai Lama and watch Kaiju Big Battel. I listen to happy music like Snail Ramp or Bad Brains and drink juice and when all else fails I fire mah lazer.

Tokusatsu! No seriously, I discovered Super sentai during a rough and confusing time for me and thanks to this, I never looked back to what brought me down back then.

That and a good long coversation with someone. That cheers me up too.

Tho I do admit that my parents (and my older brother) can be overbearing....somehow I just think that if I failed, I'd only make them cry. So I push on, no matter how hard. And sure enough, if they're happy, I'm happy. ^_^
