I've been in the mood for comedies lately, but I feel like I keep hearing about the same mainstream titles. What are some lesser-known or underrated comedy films that you think everyone should check out? I'm looking for hidden gems that have a unique sense of humor or just haven't gotten the spotlight they deserve. Any recommendations?

If you're getting into lesser-known comedies, definitely check out "What We Do in the Shadows." It's a hilarious mockumentary about vampire roommates navigating modern life. The humor is so dry and unique, and the character interactions are just gold. Another gem is "The Dish," which blends comedy with a true story about the Aussies who helped broadcast the moon landing. It's quirky and has a really heartwarming vibe.

Since you’re looking for hidden gems, have you seen "In the Loop" yet? It’s a political satire that’s got some brilliant dialogue and absurd scenarios. I’d love to hear what other types of comedies you enjoy, or if you have a particular comedic style you’re looking for!
