Ten times more so than SPD. Characters learned something in MMPR even as episodic as it was, and when they learned they didn't magically forget it later just to relearn it. SPD the characters learned something, forgot it by the next episode, then several episodes later they relearned it only to forget the very next episode. Cole as a jungle baby had better memory than those morons.
The one thing he did right. Good ideas but but piss poor execution, take Omega. Others have done similar things before but they had at least a decent execution. Remember Phantom Ranger, helmet head done right. Omega, helmet head turned weapon that no one cared about, not even those making the show gave a damn.
