What draws you to Toku?

Alot of actors also enjoy playing toku roles and are proud. Whether they be Renn Kiriyama, Hiroshi Miyauchi or Tetsuo Kurata, they enjoyed playing these characters and for some it was a dream come true. It's like saying " I played Batman " in America.

Well I can say that The Songs, the Action, the designs (Mecha, heroes, weaponry and all) in Toku are what makes me keep loving Toku for life. and to begin with, I don't care about the language if I understood it or not... the Action speaks for me, which I can understand, since Actions speak louder than words, Which rings true in Toku.

and, Toku gives more action than US heroes. try finding a Comic Book that has Toku's traits, and by the end of the day you won't find a Comic Book like that. in Short, Toku is larger than life, and excites the viewer.

Also, the merch. whether it's Roleplay stuff, DX Mecha, Action Figs, CDs, DVDS or Books about it, Toku got it all, at the expense of your wallet.

The whole cheese factor of it all. The fact that they can tell very good, engaging stories is what completes it, however.

I have a thing for stylized Violence and stories. Toku usually has it in spades.

Whenever I watch toku, I'm always taken on an adventure and it's an adventure full of otherwise ridiculous things that you take seriously.

But once you get past the ridiculousness of it all, I get super attached to the characters and their struggles and I'm cheering them on for the rest of the show.

Plus, I really like the whole "I will protect the world" aspect of it. It's honorable and passionate and that really gets to me.

It's really difficult not to love uber passionate henshin poses and the occasional passionate wind hero pose to which you wonder to yourself, "where the hell is that wind coming from? :sly:"

I like to play pretend and with toku they usually put out toys for there show so I can to pretend to be a kamen rider or sentai hero

Second... Costumes... *and cosplay*
Third... Theme songs...
Fourth... Toys... *still wants DaiGoYou*
Fifth... Suit actors... *particularly KR*
Sixth... Action scenes and storyline... *HENSHIN and cathcphrases*
