Probally too much $$$ and the fact that they had Kibaranger, Won Tiger, KibaDaiOh footage and the fact Green was on his way out didn't really seem necessary to even try.

Toy wise, I could understand why: They'd need new molds to incorporate the US only combinations

True. Those Zyu2 Zords looked awesome but then we have never gotten the awesome Ryuuseioh (Red Dragon Thunderzord).
