Not in the show originally anyways. It did appear in the Magiranger vs. Dekaranger special though, simply called the "Battlizer," as Ban's Fire Team equipment.

Ironically, after this we got the AccelTector in Boukenger and Super/HyperShinken forms in Shinkenger (Predominantly used by the Reds of the team), so it seems they are partial to the concept.
