I know he will look like all dragon however, all dragon looks like a mechanical dragon mixed with a rider, so basically I want to know what all dragon would look like as a kaijin/phantom form.

i guess the dragon phantom(haruto's "phantom form") would be sort of a anthropomorphic realistic version of wizard all dragon. or maybe infinity dragon i don't know.
