Like most folks here I thought it was a very solid, dramatic, and entertaining sentai series.. except for the ending.
Actually, just to be a little clearer for those who haven't seen the ending, most of the shows ending is good it basically boils down to one thing with one character that puts a stain on the rest of it.
For the life of me I can't understand what they were thinking. Maybe it was one of those times where they thought doing something unexpected just by virtue of it being a unexpected thing would automatically make the story better when all it did was come off as a hateful buzzkill.
But it's kinda easy to just sort of edit that out of your mind and keep the story in your own way. Or if you have to just stop the episode when they're looking over the beach. :laugh:
