Ahh it wasnt big of a deal, i got this from D-Addicts

It was an official Cosplay shooting with Koji and Yukie Kawamura as Nami for Shonen Jump´s "One Piece Treasures: 10th Anniversary Special" that came out exactly two years ago.

"He is a very big "One Piece" (and "Naruto") fan, since the start of both series in Japan, when he was 9. Luffy is his overall favourite character!" how he commented. Shonen Jump collected opinions and greetings from celebrities in that issue and maybe because Koji was the youngest among them, he was allowed to cosplay. (Well a Oguri Shun would have looked a little bit too silly as Luffy, I think :lol)
