Absolutely not. If there is a bright center to the universe of things that are bad, it is on one of the planets that is farthest from.

So is that a yes or a no? The way your answer is worded seems kinda contradictory.

Haha, you just made it sound like it was still in the universe of 'bad.' And is the bright spot in the center where things are the least bad, or the most bad, or what? Hehehe.

The Keithster was attempting to quote Star Wars, but in his example, the universe was a universe of bad things. So the bright center would be terrible, and 13th warrior would be really far away. I guess. :)

I really liked this movie, especially how they depicted learning a language.

Course like all movies of it's type it's a pale translation of it's source materiel. Read "Eaters of the Dead" for the full effect.

I really liked 13th Warrior. It's definitely aimed toward a niche market, which is probably why it gets a lot of hate. But if you like the rest of the stuff this board is dedicated to, you'll probably enjoy it.

That was one of the best parts of the movie, IMO. Interesting way of doing it, but makes total sense. I think I saw someone on here talking about a more recent movie that did it too, but I can't remember who it was.
