You know.... I think we could do some good for KRDK to get the word out further. As of recently both Kamen Rider Productions AND Adness Entertainment loves our place here and we're their front line of the fandom.

Do any of us rock any other forums?

Can we use this thread to start making material for us and other and or friends to strap on to show the rest of the internet the badassery of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight?

What all other forums do we visit and do we go to enough other places to maybe get the word out?

Nah, I got the same with some other places. Not so much laughed out of town as much as I was patted on the head politely.

I meant like... do any of us hit up other geek sites like Transformer, Pokemon, or anime sites? Places were we could maybe get the word out to and have them accepted?

Like I mentioned in other thread, I frequently pass by TvTropes (forum included) though I'm more a frequent reader then an actual member. If you're looking for a broad geek demographic to try spreading the word to, that would be the best place to start.

It's already proven that the place has at least a respectable niche for it in the community considering the well-built Kamen Rider, Rescue Force, GARO and other Toku series pages; however mentioning of Dragon Knight seems to be fairly non-existent so far. If we can get the ball rolling by getting a page for the show up or something, word might start spreading; though how far is up to the publicity methods used. At the very least we'd end up with a sign of the show's existence for new people to stumble into.

The City of Heroes boards was buzzing about it when the trailer dropped, but after that, not much.

I showed a bunch of people the trailer, and of course the first thing they said was "That looks like Power Rangers!" so then I showed them the first Scene of Ichigo in Kamen Rider the First and asked them if THAT looked like power rangers...

I once made a lengthy post about Dragon Knight on a private forum that I belong to. It was around the time the trailer dropped. Just trying to share my enthusiasm and love for tokusatsu. Maybe even get some people interested.

I pretty much got laughed out of town. So to speak.

(Sorry for the buzz kill, but it's no doubt an uphill battle. It pretty much ended any desire I have to share my interest in tokusatsu with anyone else.)
