The shape of their eyes -- the reds followed Seven's ultraeye design while the rest followed the standard circular/oval/egg-shaped eyes. Other than that, they're still Ultraman.

Well the Blue Tribe only recently joined the canon and they haven't had any distinctive traits unlike the Red Tribe. Dyna and Tiga are for the most part just Main Ultra offshoots (was there ever a name for the regular type? >_>)

but those one in the blue tribes take place in different dimensions though so it's kinda hard to count them as a tribe. Same thing with Max and Ultraseven 21 in the red tribe pic

Nope. Just red and..whatever the hell the main Ultras are.
