Two-Minute Preview Of Invincible Season 2

The wait for the second season of Robert Kirkman’s excellent animated adaption of his equally excellent comic book is almost over. However, even when it does premiere, Amazon is planning to drag it out as long as possible. Season 2 of Invincible is eight episodes long, but Amazon is only giving us four this November, and holding the other four until an unspecified time in early 2024. Come on, Bezos, have a heart for once.

Finally, after going through delays and pandemics, we can finally watch season 2. I really enjoyed Invincible over Marvel and DC content lately. Invincible manages to be diverse without being preachy woke. It focuses on story building and character development. I can relate to Mark because my dad is an asshole too.

You know, I've got a good feeling about Season 2. After watching the Atom Eve movie, which serves as a spin-off and prequel to Invincible, I was genuinely impressed. I'm usually not into female superheroes, but Atom Eve was exceptionally well-written, and the action scenes were mind-blowing. I'm really looking forward to what Season 2 has in store. It's shaping up to be one of the best comic adaptations out there. In fact, I might even say that Amazon is doing a better job than MCU and Warner Bros. when it comes to bringing comic book material to life. Can't wait!

Man, I really hope Amber and Mark break up in Season 2. Their relationship seems incredibly toxic to me. I mean, Amber has got to be the most toxic superhero girlfriend I've ever seen. She just doesn't seem to understand or have any empathy for Mark's situation as a superhero with immense responsibilities. He's trying his best to be a great boyfriend despite the complications, and Amber? She's going full Karen on him, being all preachy and turning into a social justice warrior with her soup kitchen stuff. It's just not working out.

I'm really excited for Invincible Season 2. It's one of the best animated adaptations of a comic book, and I can't wait to see what happens next. I understand the frustration about Amazon splitting the season, but it could be a clever move to keep us engaged for a longer period. I think Mark turning evil would be a huge twist, but I agree, it might be a misdirection. The voice cast is amazing, and I'm looking forward to the new episodes on November 3.

Invincible Season 2 is just around the corner, and I'm pumped for it. I get why people are upset about Amazon splitting the season, but it's not all bad. It means we get to savor the show for a more extended period. The idea of Mark going down the same path as Omni-Man is intriguing, but I'm with you; it's probably a red herring. The voice cast is stellar, and I can't wait for the first four episodes on November 3.

I'm so excited for Invincible Season 2. The first season was a blast, and I'm sure this one will be no different. I get the frustration with Amazon's decision to split the season, but hey, more time to enjoy the show, right? That moment in the trailer with Mark possibly turning evil is a real nail-biter. I can't wait to see what they do with it

Splitting Season 2 into two parts feels kind of annoying, but hey, at least we're getting some new episodes soon. And about Mark going bad? Nah, I think it's just a tease.

I'm thrilled that Invincible doesn't follow the same path as many American cartoons with the social art style. It's refreshing to see that photorealistic action figure style in 2D animation. They truly look like comic book characters in motion. It's a welcome departure from the overly simplified designs we've seen in some recent reboots. Kudos to Invincible for setting itself apart!
