I was hoping this mushin you spoke of would help me turn on and off the light in a room in a dream.

I can't really help you there. I'm mainly a reality-based kinda guy, not so good with these otherwordly, mental-realm sort of things.

I've always been told that you also can't read in dreams. Which is weird cause I can read in my dreams.

Only re-occuring thing that I keep having in my dreams, is I'm trying to get somewhere, but for some reason can't run, nor stand even, so I have to try and crawl there (don't really remember where exactly I'm trying to go...but it's frustrating cause I can't walk or run).
I don't have that dream often, but it does happen from time to time.

I can read too, but what I hear is that it is more specifically, you can't read small print.

Hmmm this has caught my interest. ^__^ Though I can sometimes just sit back and watch my dreams like a movie or live them, but some of them are really weird...@_@

You guys are lucky, I very, very rarely ever dream. Either that or I just forget them all. The last dream I really remember was from early childhood.
