1. Rangerboard: Banned for good there, but hold no grudges for it, considering noone there can IP ban me and I can return as I please, great community, diverse, truthful, hardcore PR fanatics that take no BS
2. He-Man.Org: Despite the fact I'm ALSO banned from here, I dont' hold many grudges and I am objective enough to know they have a tremndous loyalty to He-Man
3. The Technodrome: Gathering of old school and new school TMNT fans, maturity HAS dipped since I joined it though, with a lot of the veteran members I knew having long vanished due to these changes, its' now more or less a dry husk of "I wanna marry this character", and "Leo is hot", its' become a haven for girls as you can clearly see.
The one forum, no, correction, SITE, I can't stand is Toon Zone, and with good reason.
You see...not only would they rather dedicate three hosted sites ALL to Batman: The Animated Series, and not just one, they would rather cover a minority series that nobody outside Adult Swims' fanbase, or the states, cares a hoot for, Home Movies, than something of global significence, Filmation, or Ruby-Spehres, or yeah, even DIC.
I have a love'/hate relationship with Toon Zones' forums, especially after the incident with Macduffie, but since my conversations with Appelgate over improving the conduct, the behaviour on the forums has improved to the level all animation fans can converse on it without having their favourate show chastised in favour of something from Warner Bros, who line their pockets along with ADV.
I think myself and Ronixis actually got mentioned by one idiot on that forum just because we both knew they were EXTREMLY corporate. Not that I like being associated with Ronixis in any way, because hes' a loonatic, but I honestly do think hes' right when it comes to that site, my opinion is also shared a great deal by either ex-members, or casual fans. There just unprofessional in some areas.
However, you cannot form a vindictive opinion without a sense of professional objectivity, for all of their biased alleigences, TZ are a top resource for information, oppertunities to speak with members like "b.t" (no intro needed for fans of B: TAS), and the hosted sites that they DO spend time on are without question works of hard perserverence. Marvel Animation Age remains my favourate because its' the only one that bothers with lesser appreciated series like the 1981 Spider-Man cartoon and the 90s' Iron Man
...And Jim Harverys' temper tantrum over someone joking about The Batman being favoured over TMNT and JLU in the annie awards officially killed any respect I had for him, and also proved the admin team are in leauge with The Batman producers to the extent they panic over the word "conspiracy"
