They should have know it's an opinion.
You probably worded it in a way that seemed instigatory and flamebait-ish.
No offense, but you do tend to show EXTREME disgust when you don't like something.

While I was on topic about Batman: The Brave & The Bold and I said "Well, this is great news that The "Crapman" (Batman) is not a connect to the new show".
They gave me a infraction and deleted my post.

Thats the case for many internet forums: seniority and position has privileges. You know what I noticed? Some senior TZ members getting away with **** a person who hasnt joined within the past year or two cant.
Skyknight, you got banned from there? That sucks
If they think that, then they are thinking correctly. From a legal point of view, mass spreading of TV recordings is illegal.
When you record something that is broadcasted on TV, it is to be used in 'family circle', as they call it in legal terms. That means that I can record a show and show it to my close relatives and friends (they are also included in the family circle ... at least legally).
Now, if you put something on Youtube, you're spreading it to thousands of people potentially and that can no longer be considered the family circle ... which means you're spreading copyrighted material illegally.
I'm not judging or saying I'm against/for the sharing of TV encodes, just stating what the law says.
