Tokyo Toy Show 2011 ! (my photos)

so i went to the tokyo toy show 2011 yesterday and as i promised in the shf thread, i'll be posting photos! i took all kinds of stuff (but everything). hopefully, i can provide stuff that you might not have seen on other sites.

(the first few pages are interesting. it gets kind of boring afterward with a lot of non-rider related stuff)

it was an extremely big event. two floors of the convention center filled with toys and all kinds of stuff (a lot of kids). a mini-celebrity was there (camera-man). yes, that's literally his name. the stuff that really stood out during the show was 'cars 2' the movie related stuff, transformers 3 movie stuff, super sentai, all those bandai card games, and the one that attracted the most attention was the kamen rider section/booth. there was a line to get into the bandai area and kamen rider was like the only one where you had to get into a line again to check out the products. the weirdest thing i saw was this gundam game where you have gundam figures and you put it into a machine to scan it and play some sort of game with it.

of course, seeing the life size kamen rider birth and kamen rider ooo's next to you was pretty cool as a KR fan. checking out the AR Carddass booth was cool too. got my hands on the promotion card so i can play the game more on the iphone. anyhow, below are some KR images. for more, check out the link! have fun! You didn't buy any chance see if the Takara Tomy section had any Tomicas (single cars) displayed?

You didn't buy any chance see if the Takara Tomy section had any Tomicas (single cars) displayed?

actually, there was a large section for selling tomica stuff including single cars (like the mini ones). they had a bunch of "cars 2" ones on sale. i actually didn't take any pictures of that section of the show, my bad!

i can't remember exactly if there were any special ones on display cases though. not that i remember.

oh i saw it. i just didn't take a picture of it. i didn't notice anything with not allowing for photos. i got distracted by the KR booth so i didn't really take too many pics from there, haha.
