I think talking to any actor Post-Hibiki would not be possible considering that many of these actors are now "drama" stars which means they're practically untouchable.

Well, probably for the exception of Tokuyama Hidenori and Uchiyama Masato and about a few from the Boukenger cast.

If you guys know how to get in contact with a Toku Actor, I'd be MORE than jazzed about posting up some interviews.
