Today was an intresting day...

This morning, I left from the house and went up on the road near Starbucks. I was going to return something to Best Buy

Then I realized walking on foot on a highway is exausting and hazardous, especially in the summer time. But some person took pity on me and offered me to take me to Best Buy. And here I am now, watching HDTV and surfing on the internet on Vista.

....I wish that guy would come back and drive me back home; my feet hurt like hell.

I'm actually more surprised that a random driver offered a ride to someone on the highway.

Anyway, nice that you got a ride to Best Buy. Call a cab or something about getting back. Or who knows, maybe the Best Buy guys will take you back in the Geek Squad car:sweat:

I think that's the "bonus" after returning whatever he was going to return to the store.

Buses are a good alternative to walking or hitchhiking...although sometimes no less scary considering some of the people I've encountered on the bus before...

Not everywhere has buses though. There are no buses in the cities around where I live, and I live right next to the metroplex.
