Thoughts on Mack (OO Red) *Spoilers*

The guy who played Mack acted good in the scene where he found out.

If only they hinted it earlier on (Ronny on Empty's too early to tell) instead of the writers pulling something contrived out of their asses.

There have been hints dropped throughout the season including:

• The Gene resequencer being modified especially for him.

• Mack being the one strong enough to use the Drill Driver at first

• Luck not supposed to be able to effect him.

• Mack not being allowed to pass through the FearCats' forcefield after Tyzonn made it so organic matter could,

• Hartford and Spencer's shared look when Mack dressed as and danced the robot on Halloween (which was more of a flashing neon sign than a hint).

No, this wasn't contrived. This was carefully planned, and had beautiful execution.

Exactly. I hate this season but even I knew of the brief little things. I mean by themselves, they are nothing obvious. But after the revelation of Mack, they all start connecting together. In this regard, I think you need to give it up for PROO, Nickraman. You dont have to like it, but you can't say they didnt throw hints out there. They just werent obvious hints and that's the best kind. They foreshadowed without you even KNOWING it until the curtain was lifted.

First you said they were subtle and foreshadowed, then you said they didn't build it up and pulled it out of their ass.

I've only seen 4 full episodes of operation overdrive but other than that I saw bits and pieces and changed the channel. Finally checked out the episode and I must say that I'm impressed. But it still doesn't save the show for me. It's just a big shock moment for now but tomorrow I'll forget about it and continue on not giving a rat's ass about PROO.
