In regards to ACTA...

From what I have read ACTA aims to attack COMMERCIAL SCALE incidents NOT individuals etc. However for example in border control they are not required to check individuals. Note the emphasis on "not required" which means they can. I may be wrong but thats what I read on my government's website. Please don't quote me on this. But isn't the thing signed already since October?

It still has to be ratified by European Parliment. That won't happen until June. Darrell Issa has said that hearings will be held and ACTA will be questioned.
