My guess is that W is probably only going to run until Shinkenger ends, and then things will get back on track.

The current news is that W will run full-length until next September. Then another corresponding rumor is that the next Sentai season will run Decade's length, and the two shows will start premiering in September, mostly due to Christmas toy sales.

Which means that the rumors of Decade ending early are true.
