Rider 2 returns along with Dr.Shinigami!.
Double Riders kicking ass is definatley an awesome thing. I don't care what anyone says, besides KR Black, no classic Rider series can come close to the Original so far. I'm in love with this fucking series.
I hope one day JN Productions can sub this sucker like they did with V3.

Careful, that's what the Rider newbies say. :laugh:
The best way to tell them apart is the boots & gloves (Rider 2 never had silver, just dark green or red later) and Rider 1 has two stripes rather than one (because Rider 2 had the stripe first...go figure.)

Forever Knight: I agree with you about the costumes. This is why I prefer the "Old One" costumes. Though with the newer suits are put together better. Less of that mask coming apart in while the camera is rolling thing.

I'm now on the final arc.
The Ambassador Hell finale was great, I can't believe that ugly bastard tried to trick Hongo. He got what he deserved. BANZAAIIIIII!.
This new General, Black Shogun is pretty mean. I see KR Black RX did a tribute of him with Dasmander, well the way his suit looks anyway.

Well guys the Kamen Rider Journey has finally come to an end. 4 long weeks and all 98 episodes. Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Metal Heroes, Star God Series, ALL completed.
Kamen Rider blew me the **** away... From episode 1 all the way to 98 it kicked my ass up and down. No other '70s Toku I've seen can touch it. I saw elements that later were used in the Space Sheriff genre, I saw elements that were used in some Ultras, I saw elements used in everything Tokusatsu. It just blew me away.
The finale kicked ass too. Makes me want to start up V3 again.
Hongo Takeshi is right up there with Kotaro Minami, no fucking doubt.
Igadevil's adivce on watching the episode arcs (which total 7) were very helpful aswell. I found with Goranger's 84 useless episodes It didn't matter anyway.
Overall grade: A++

It contained a data capsule which had information about the location of the leader of Shocker/Gelshocker, but the whole thing ultimately turns out to be part of a big evil plan to destroy the Anti-Shocker secret group, the Riders, and their friends. And one out of three ain't bad! I love how Gelshocker screws everyone over in that one- even though the Riders still win in the end, there is the immortal "cardboard cutout" moment.
Being as it is my favorite Rider, Tokusatsu, and quite possibly, TV show, ever, I'm glad to hear you loved the ride. It really is that good, if you watch with an open mind and break it down enough. Considering audiences originally had to watch it over a span of nearly 2 years, I think the 98 episodes didn't seem as daunting, and if anything, people were still hooked when it did finally end, as it was still pulling great ratings (that then carried over into V3.)
