I remember when I said I wasn't going to buy a DS because I was goign to wait for a newer more smaller and improved version... and then Rider Faiz said nintendo had no plans to release a newer version of the DS :laugh:

At the time there were no plans. It wasn't even in the past few months that the system was announced on the Japanese side (which we really don't have info on at NOA since there's a shitload of things that are released in Japan and vice-versa).

Not to mention that I'm about as low as you can get on the totem pole, so I'm just not invited to the development meetings

I got several DS decals free with the official Nintendo Mag of UK and it had Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Nintendogs and a Miyamoto one! I chose Mario Kart of course! :169:

Yeah...I was hoping for some more cool swag at this years Mini E3...but no such luck Only cool stuff was playing the new games

Looks like I'll be waiting for the alternate colors before I jump back into DS gaming... hope that happens sooner than later.
