This is not true, unless you live in a hamlet or something. (But then, even hamlets need car washers, cleaners, dog walkers, yard workers...) If you're in a town or city, then there's definitely something. If you're this skint and desperate for cash, quit feeling like you're better than working somewhere, whether it's a fast food place or whatever. Nothing close by, there's buses, cycling, trains... Some places will even pay for your transport costs if it's not that far...
Otherwise... Christmas is coming up... And if you're in the US, isn't that one with the turkey soon? Maybe you'll get cash for that.
