I figure at our current trajectory we've got another 50-100 years before climate change really starts to bite us in the ass. After that, you're gonna have wars for water just completely changing what the planet looks like. If anyone gets too hot and chucks a rogue nuke, well I hope the next wave of sentient creatures (my bet is dolphins with thumbs, or a descendant of baboons) is smarter about this than we were.

I once had a nightmare (when I was a little kid) that giant mosquitoes took over the work and I was the only human left. Or atleast I never found another human before I woke up. Had that one a few times.

I hope I am dead before your thing happens ODP. That's something that has scared me since I was little.

I once had a dream that it was 'A day of the dead', where zombie/wolf hybrid were killing everyone off on Earth. That, and I keep on worrying about all life being killed in 2010 would be true.

When I was a kid I was always afraid of the 2014 theory I always heard, that some aztec culture...or was it stone henge peoples? i don't remember where from but SOME group of people who are NEVER wrong by more than a few days in their calculations determined that the world would end in 2014. That always scared the crap out of me.

My Dad would pull the whole "That's been the story for a bajillion years" card and it worked at the time. Now I am just worried about the financial crisis causing all this crazy ****. Imagine how nasty and downright dirty people will be when they lose their shiny cars and their riches. *scurred*

doomsday theories pop up every day,by my count the world should have ended five times by now,for instance it should have ended in October of this year,the tragedy is that someone actually believed it and commited suicide. i just don't like to deal with the future it gives me nightmares as i stated above.

I'd rather live in ignorant bliss until it happens. Cause I really don't see anything I can do about it.
