The thing is, the point of demos is to determine if you want to buy the game or not.
You play part of the game, get a feel for the controls, the graphics, and the overall gameplay style, and determine if that would be something you would shell out your hard earned cash to continue playing.
What they're doing with demos now defeats the whole purpose of what a demo is.
Its irritating at its best, downright criminal at its worst, since if you end up not liking the game you shelled out 60 dollars to, you MIGHT be able to get PART of your money back...if you bought it from Gamestop. Otherwise, good fucking luck.

I didnt buy Borderlands to get the Demo. I had bought borderlands months before DNF had even been announced.

I already cancel my pre-order for the game yesterday and decided to paid off Zelda: Ocrina of Time (3DS) and keep the rest on a gift card.
