The whole Superman/GL thing was done as soon as it began, Lois and clark poited out to Hal that the ring makes your desires and will a reality, if Clark Truly wanted to be back in the game it would have insinctivly turned him into a green superman, instead he stayed clark with a green glow. proving to himself and Lois that deep down he really WAS happy being Just Clark.

As for *Edit* being dead and giving thier powers to Kyle.

I'm with you. I used to love that character but these past couple years she's been a REAL bitch. So her being dead doesn't bother me at all.

why's everyone want Tim to break off from bats? like completely. the work good together. Tim has been a good middle of the field robin not crazy like jason and not super goodie goodie like "i-don't-wanna-wear-elf-shoes-anymore" dick. Is it just because people want to see bats as a lone hero, or because they want to see bats lose another possible sucessor? i can't stand all this bat-hate! * goes to wipe his tears with some bat-tissues*

I think people are a tad over-zealous with the anti bat's line of thinking when it comes to Tim, but think of two things. In Hush when Batman was facing off against Jason for the first time, during his introspective he admitted to himself that Tim would one day surpass him in every way. Bruce knows that Tim will suceed him, and that doesn't neccassarilly mean donning his mantle. Plus in the current Robin story arc, Tim politly declined Batmans offer to help him with his case, and Tim is making quick progress all by himself. Proving just how much potential he really has.
