The Blackest Night - Talkback

Thanks to Green Lantern Corps Forums for finding these.

And yes in case you're wondering, Black Hand is indeed licking Bruce's Skull

Geeeeeeh....

Wow I really like what they've done with the Black Hand character and turning him from some D List Villain to A List.

I also liked reading to see who we would be seeing returning to "life" during the Blackest Night like Boston Brand, Original Terra, The Flying Graysons, Captain Boomerang, Dr. Light, Psycho Pirate and so forth.

Is anyone here going to pick up all of the Blackest Night books and Tie In's or just the main story line from GL and GLC?

at this point I'm wondering when they're gonna introduce the indigo lanterns since they're the ones left out of this party so far.

so apparently black hand is like the black lantern version of Ion and Parallax......interesting

I might, depending on how the other books are.

Indigo makes her first appearence this week in Blackest Night: Tales of the Lantern Corps#1.

Cant wait to see who she and this predator character is.

Yeah it's going to be interesting to see which member of the Star Stapphire's becomes the host to The Predator. Although, I wish they could've chosen a better name for the epitome of Love but oh well.

with predator, ion, black hand and parallax in mind, are the physical embodiments of their respective emotions, would there be physical manifestations of compassion, rage and hope.

I'm not sure about greed since agent orange seems to fall under that category

If you think about it, Atrocitus is the embodiment of pure Rage since he is the first Red Lantern. Also, Hal Jordan could be considered the manifestation of Hope since Ganthet told him that he alone could power the entire Blue Lantern Corps. As for Compassion, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Well in the comics they've also noted that Agent Orange's power rivals the Guardians own power so he could in fact be the only Guardian/Ring Bearer for the Orange Lanterns.
