I just read the Blackest Night prologue in Green Lantern #43, which is centered on Black Hand, his past and how he became the first of the Black Lanterns. Creepy, creepy stuff.

This is definitely one comic event I am oh so looking forward to. Just the different Corps showing up and how DC is handling this is awesome. I think Marvel should take notes as to how to properly set the tone for an upcoming major event.

Trust me, I've ignored all things Spider-Man except for New Avengers since Joe Quesada lost his mind.

They did do a good job with their own cosmic event, War of Kings, though.

Plus the line wide Dark Reign event is really kicking ass and it's mostly non-spidey related despite having Osborn as a central figure.
