I can't help but notice how THE Batman keeps skewing closer and closer to the original DCAU.

DCAU vets like Burnett have practically taken over the show from Capizzi and the departing Jeff Matsuda, though there preserving his style tremendously.

Metallo looks better than his Superman: TAS counterpart. Lois, even wirh Delany's voice, looks teenage though, they might be emulating the Smallville look

It'll be an interesting contrast because Superman will be more of a loner, and is'nt part of the JL, which Batman has all but taken leadership of (he hacked the entire sattelite before he was even officially inducted)

Yeah that was pretty funny at the end of The Batman's season finale. I hope they keep up the "world's finest" angle they used in the old Batman/Superman movie. It's still going to be interesting to see how this new season plays out but I for one, can't wait for it.

I know I don't like The Batman, but I watched the teaser and it looks awesome. I'll definitely going to watch it. Superman FOREVER!

Good to see..or rather hear Dana Delaney back as Lois. Dana has always been excellent in the role. Hell, I'll even go so far as to say that if a Superman movie has been made back around or after the time she was on China Beach she would have made an awesome live-action Lois to.


It looks like for the most part the characters are portrayed as freinds or at least becoming freinds which is something I gladly welcome. The forefathers and icons of superhero justice united, as they should be. :buttrock:
