Takoyaki.... Good or Bad?

remember the episode of Blade with the takoyaki stand's?

funny ****

It's because of that episode I get into takoyaki. :anime:

And nope.. no mayo... they put some kinda brown sauce on the takoyaki, but no mayo that I saw.

What IS takoyaki made out of anyway?

I know it's octopus, I was wondering what the rest of that stuff was.

My friend made us some when I was in Japan...

She told me that it is tenkasu, japanese batter, diced octopus, ginger, green onion, and konnyaku. It is usually topped with okonomiyaki (the brown sauce that you are talking about) sauce, aonori, and katsuobushi.

I personally like it with Japanese mayo myself.
