Takoyaki.... Good or Bad?

I know it's octopus, I was wondering what the rest of that stuff was.

My friend made us some when I was in Japan...

She told me that it is tenkasu, japanese batter, diced octopus, ginger, green onion, and konnyaku. It is usually topped with okonomiyaki (the brown sauce that you are talking about) sauce, aonori, and katsuobushi.

I personally like it with Japanese mayo myself.

Takoyaki

benishoga, pickled ginger to taste
chopped negi or scallions to taste
tenkasu or rice crispies to taste
Batter:
450cc water
1 piece konbu, kelp, 10 cm square
15g powdered katsuobushi, shaved dried bonito
200g flour
2 eggs

Meaning I bought some... stockpiled it even on my ride back from Chicago this weekend.

Buuuuut... I left it out on my kitchen counter last night.

Is it too late for my food or having put it in the refridgerator this morning... will that be enough to save it?

I mean, how fast can it have gone bad?

Woah, Woah Woah...You were in Chicago this weekend...and don't call the local HJU Member who lives 15 minutes from Mitsuwa...
