Civillian Appearance: (Picture to come later) Exceptionally tall for his age; self-conscious about his height and anxiously waiting for the rest of him to catch up. He has inherited his mother's short sight and father's prominent cheekbones, but already uses contact lenses since he can't train with glasses on or wear them in the field.

Bio: No sooner was Messiah defeated than Ryuuji faced a new challenge - he had a son on the way. With the Vaglass gone, Shunsuke wasn't expected to be needed as a future replacement Buster; but it was decided that as he grew older he would begin training to be able to support the team in the case of any unforeseen emergency. Unfortunately, he has no interest in engineering and has turned out to be much more skilled in academic pursuits than practical ones. A little encouragement from his father helped him to understand that hard work can make up for a lot, and so he's devoted himself to a lifetime of early mornings and late training sessions when not at school. No matter how hard he tries, Shunsuke has to accept that he will never really understand or care about how machines work, and anything outside of the fighting is better left to somebody else. Despite the best efforts of his parents to give him a normal childhood, he tends to be awkward around other people and isn't always very sociable. If you can interest him in something or relax him enough for him to let his guard down, he's calm, friendly enough, with plenty of patience to help out anyone who seems to be struggling.
Side Notes:
- Had already been conceived by the time of the Go-Busters' final battle against Messiah. Miho spent the whole time agonising over whether Ryuuji would make it, but obviously he did.
- The hyperspace dimension was ultimately destroyed, and the Go-Busters were unable to free their loved ones. However, Ryuuji is always on hand to tell stories about how brave (and eccentric and sometimes annoying) Masato was.
- Has one brother: Shouta, 9 years old. Morishita is a friend of the family, and so are Hiromu and Yoko; they have their own daughter who Shunsuke considers his cousin. Ryuuji did not want his children to ever meet Kuroki.
- Gorisaki Banana still lives with the Iwasaki family.
- Terrible with money, which he spends on tangerines and music downloads.
- Uses very small handwriting, like the killer out of Se7en. He thinks this is useful for a spy, but it just makes any written communications from him hard to read.
