They could just go with Japanese voices with subtitles. I seriously doubt it would hamper their sales, as the target audience for those games are going to be perfectly fine with, or even prefer, the Japanese voices.

But yeah, I can totally see why they haven't bothered for financial reasons.

Sony has a policy that if you include Japanese voice acting you have to include a dub track as well. They couldn't just do the Japanese voices.

Eh, I dunno.

I find that most American VAs can't really do the hot blood scream very well without making them sound ridiculous or silly.

What about Chris Sabat? You know, the guy who did Piccolo and Vegeta from Dragonball Z?

I'd say if there was anyone that is capable of doing hot-blooded screams as the original Japanese VAs, it's him.
