For me, Dante. Kratos is a badass god, but Dante has a cool attitude and he's the only badass who has some of the most famous quotes like:

What you never played a DMC game?! It's one of the awesomest games series there is. Well 2 was crap.

Kratos sleeps with women. Dante gets shot by women, then sleeps with them.

Kratos has two blades that enable him to pull off insane combos. Dante has a sword that gives him a demon form to do even more combos.

Kratos is a god. Dante is a demon.

Kratos is slightly emo. Dante has a happy-go-lucky personality, but can be serious when needed.

Kratos survied being eaten by a hydra. Dante has survied many bullets to the head.

Keith, once again, you give me a hard choice.

Gotta give it to Dante myself. He's a born wiseguy and that beats being a straight-man like Kratos any day of the week.
