Because his Parents bitch about everything to this him and he does nothing to help himself.

I live with my parents and I'm 19(and a Gunpla/toy collector/otaku/nerd)I have bad to moderate social skills,am really shy around the fairer sex,have a disability,am a mama's boy...and I'm content and happy with my only pressing issue being whether to buy a 1/100 Astray Gold Frame,a MG Strike Freedom or a MG Sword Impulse Gundam,Does that make me a loser with no life?Anyway I had similar issues with my parents when I was 14-16 and I was upset BUT now that I'm older I can see that they're just looking out for me(as I'm a very trusting person that prefers to see the good in people,am a bit childish and not to mention I'm still very naive about the way relationships work having never been in one)So I believe it's the same with your parents especially with all these internet predators nowadays...either that or they want you to meet a real girl in real life.

I am 19 and I live with my parents, I got a job and a girlfriend, friends and about to go to college after summer is everything goes according to plan. I was shy around girls but with a little help of my friends I grew out of it, I collect toys and watch cartoons and tv and play video games, I'm 50% computer geek and I help my parents pay the bills. I have some talent in Art and to cook. and I'm really good when it comes to work, I am considered a prep/goth/nerd/jock/otaku fellow and have a different array of friends. I go out and party with friends when I'm off and enjoy movies. and I'm Hispanic.

I'm a Jack of all trades and a master of none...my parents appreciate my help on the bills and paying off my braces by myself.

Well with me I'm still in school and according to a doctor I'd have a hard time finding employment still gonna try to find a job I can hold/do once I finish school/learn how to drive incase I don't get disability and eventhough I don't work my brother and I are still helping to pay the bills due to child support.and I'm hoping to get over my shyness and social inability to meet my um..."soulmate" someday:sweat::laugh:Anyway I envy you dude you can do all that stuff I have to have help getting down stairs and building my Gundam models.:sweat::laugh:

i have to get this off my chest: i have stuck up parents that dont want me to talk to girls online because they think im going to get hurt physically, i mean its one thing that they dont want me to have toys but not letting me to talk to girls online and be happy for once in my life, im just about not to talk to them anyone and disrespect because they have none for me accept for my brother because he has all the success, job and gf and they love to shove it in my face, i havent had a girlfriend since i was 17.

What do they know? When they ask you simply answer "Me? Talkin to girls online? No way". And keep doing it.

About the brother, I feel you. There's almost nothing you can do it, just one thing: do not care. When they start praisin him and sayin "look at him he's this and that and you're not", just say "yes, yes". Dont let you touch by this ****. Learn to dont give a ****. It's not your problem, it's THEIR problem for doing so. Your bro is the good one? And so what? Good for him. Really, dont give a **** about this ****, because in the end the one that suffer is you. And we already suffer by ourselves without someone else, parent or not, makin us.

When I was a teenager my Parents always favored my younger brother and NOW.. he is the one umeployeed, a kid on the way, douche bag girlfriend, lieing, stealing, etc... at age 19.

While I'm the one who's held the same job down for 7 years now, paying my bills every month, enjoying life, staying out of trouble, etc...
