I wonder when Sony will bring Toei Spiderman to the states, I mean they have the ability to ask Toei for a US release :|

Who knows if it will get a US/western release. I've seen many mixed reactions to this, even among Toku fans. Most people in general either hate it, or just laugh at it. Toku fans can at least appreciate it as a classic, but then there are those toku fans who hate almost anything pre-1990...

I seen 3 episode of the Toei Spiderman,I got to say it the best spiderman series I seen, if you look at the differents between the U.S costune from the 1970 series Spiderman and the costune from the 1978 japanese verison,you well see that the Toei Spiderman takes the cake.:thumbs:

I used to take Stan Lee for granted in later years, but in recent years (considering Marvel's current incompetence), began to really, really appreciate him more! And this interview was no exception. :thumbs:

This was an awesome interview! I hope that someone brings the Toei Spiderman to the US, and includes this interview.
