Hello all, ive recently been introduced by a friend to Decade, and have now become a big fan (next im going to watch Kiba).

In any case, i thought that HJU would know the answer to my question.

Would anyone know where i would get this iphone app?

Welcome to HJU dude, I have no idea how to do that as I cannot afford an iphone XD I think Gold Samurai of these boards has an idea of how it works.
 
I believe it's an app that's been fan created, so there's no real way to get it through iTunes, or even in Japan. If you want to have something like that on your phone you'd have to have it jailbroken.
